Featuring Brazilian bamboo hardwood floors and designer furnishings, our centrally air-conditioned, 1 bedroom condo rental in Miami Beach can lodge up to four guests. The well furnished bedroom includes a double bed and sofa sleeper and the bathroom is well stocked with modern amenities to add maximum comfort and convenience to your stay. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find our fully equipped kitchen well suited to your requirements. We have a no smoking policy and regretfully, cannot accommodate pets. Our Miami Beach vacation condo features a Plasma TV with cable, DVD player, DVD library and CD/stereo system to entertain you in between outdoor adventures. There is a reading library and several board games available to keep your kids busy. We also have high speed Internet access to let you keep a tab on your emails or surf the web. This Miami Beach vacation rental condo is close to a gorgeous sandy beach where you can revel in tons of beach activities and sports or you may just choose to lounge and enjoy the sun bath. Our Miami Beach condo rental will be an ideal base to explore and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of this happening holiday destination. Shopping centers and malls are nearby and offer great opportunities to splurge on everything from the latest in fashion to gadgets. There are numerous restaurant, cafés and diners close to our condo which serve fine and varied dining options catering to all kinds of tastes.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 30% is due in order to reserve the condo. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Wire transfers, cash, and Paypal are accepted forms of payment

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 30%. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: No pets. This is a smoke free unit.
