Beautiful gated garden-style community offering 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. The apartments include custom-made furnishings plus all housewares. Strategically located at the heart of Kendall close to major highways, hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants. The two bedroom has 2.5 bathrooms. It has a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and two Twins in the second bedroom. The apartment has a living and a dining room. The dining room is based on 6 people and includes all dinnerware, glassware and silverware. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, tupperwares and cooking utensils. All small and large appliances are included as well. You also have a full size washer and dryer inside the apartment. All utilities are included. In the property we have a Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room and Business Center. Coffee and snacks are served in our lobby which is open seven days per week.

Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. A $250 initial deposit will be required for each reservation. This deposit will be applied towards final balance. Payment is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 14 Days prior to arrival - $150.00 fee 7 Days prior to arrival - $250.00 fee Less than 7 days prior arrival initial deposit ($250) or security deposit ($600) not refunded.

Rules: Check-in time is at 3pm. The Front Desk is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are not arriving within office hours please call 305.598.5800 to schedule a late arrival.
